The purpose of the LetsAllShare Service is to offer users, websites and online services that facilitate sharing between two parties through the internet. Its primary purpose is to connect individuals who may have something that they wish to share, with others who are looking to make use of such an item, service or recommendation either gratis or for a fee.

The online facilitation tool allows users to build their own sharing communities, join existing sharing communities, list, search, review, set and agree any Agreement details with respect to sharing something. LetsAllShare neither assumes nor accepts responsibility for the details of the sharing Agreement nor does it provide any underwriting or guarantee for any of the shared items. As such, users should ensure that they are completely satisfied with the terms of a sharing agreement before they agree to share.

In delivering its service, the LetsAllShare website may provide various online tools such as item, service or recommendation posting, building and managing of online communities, email, messaging bulletin boards, chat and messaging areas, news communities, classifieds, forums and/or other communication facilities ("the Services") designed to enable the user, to communicate with others.

User Agreement / Acceptance of Terms:

In order to become a LetsAllShare user, you have acknowledged that you have read, accept and agree to adhere to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document and to the separate LetsAllShare Privacy Policy (which can be found on our website), and which together constitute the Agreement upon which you may access and use our Services.

LetsAllShare reserve the right to modify any part of this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting the revised Agreement on our websites.  Your continued use of the Websites and/or Services, following any changes, shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is therefore your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy regularly for any changes. 

If you do not agree, or at any time object to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use nor access our Services.

Terms and Conditions:

In the event of any inconsistency between the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions shall have precedent. Absolutely nothing in the User Agreement nor the Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits.

Unless stated otherwise the Services are for your personal use only. Your access to, and your use of all websites managed by LetsAllShare LTD ("the Website") and the Services outlined, are subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions.

You will not use the Website/Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy. By using the Website/Services you are fully accepting the terms, conditions, disclaimers and warranties contained in this notice. You also acknowledge and accept that LetsAllShare may refuse you access to its Services without prior notice, for any or no reason.

Child Supervision

LetsAllShare is concerned about the safety and privacy of its users, particularly minors under the age of 18. However, due to the nature of the internet, policing the use of the Website / Service by minors is impossible, subsequently, children and minors under the age of 18 are permitted to use the Website provided that they have requested and acquired specific permission from their Legal Guardians to do so and that their Legal Guardians have subsequently read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the terms posted herein. 

Parents / Legal Guardians who wish to allow their children access to and use of the Website/Services should supervise such access and use. By allowing your child access to the Services you are allowing your child access to all of the Services, including email, bulletin boards, messaging and chat areas, news communities, forums and/or other  message or communication facilities. It is therefore your responsibility to determine which Services are appropriate for your child. Always use caution when revealing personally identifiable information about yourself or your children via any of the Services.

Eligibility of use

Subject to approval by a parent or legal guardian, minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to use the LetsAllShare Service. All users are prohibited from having more than one active account and from selling, transferring or trading their account to another party. Users who have been suspended or removed from the system for whatever cause are required to contact LetsAllShare prior to opening up a new account, requesting permission to do so.

International Use

You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United Kingdom or the country in which you reside (if different) and with all local laws and rules regarding acceptable use of and conduct on the Internet.

Links to third party Websites

The Website/Services may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that LetsAllShare is not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

Acceptable Uses

The Website and Service provided by LetsAllShare requests and allows users to provide and post information about themselves and about the items, services and recommendations that they wish to share. Some of this information may be visible by other users (please read our Privacy Policy to understand what information is collected and how it is used).

You acknowledge that all information, text, graphics, logos, photographs, images, moving images, sound, illustrations and other materials ("the Content"), whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You understand and accept that LetsAllShare does not control or endorse the Content and as such cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content and you acknowledge that by using the Services you may be exposed to content that may be offensive and/or indecent.

LetsAllShare will not be liable in any way for any Content or for any loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use of any Content transmitted, received or agreed via the Services that we provide and you agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such Content. Furthermore, LetsAllShare does not guarantee the identity of any other users with whom you may interact whilst using the Website / Service.

In using the Website/Services you agree not to.

LetsAllShare has no obligation to monitor the Services but shall be entitled to review materials posted to a communications facility and, at its sole discretion, to remove any material that breaches these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise objectionable.

User Account, Password and Security

You will be required to complete the registration process by providing certain information and registering a username (an e-mail address) and password for use with the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password and also for all activities that take place under your account either with or without your knowledge.

You may not use another person’s account at any time, without the express permission of the account holder. Where you have knowingly provided your login and password details to a third party you acknowledge that your account may be terminated or suspended if it is misused and that you remain responsible for all the Content and manner of use.

You agree to immediately notify LetsAllShare of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. In no event will LetsAllShare be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the disclosure of your username and/or password.

Fees and Membership

The LetsAllShare service is provided free of charge to all members who sign up during the Beta trial period but may be extended or reduced at the sole discretion of LetsAllShare. Thereafter LetsAllShare reserves the right to charge for the Service or any portion thereof, modify the pricing of, add to, or discontinue the Service or any portion thereof without prior notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website and the Services) are protected by copyright, trade marks, patents and other intellectual property rights and laws.

In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder. This excludes any downloading, copying and printing of pages of the Website for personal, non-commercial home use only.

LetsAllShare does not claim ownership of any materials you post, upload or submit to any publicly accessible area of the Website / Service. However, by doing so you are granting LetsAllShare a world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive licence to copy, distribute, transmit, reproduce, publicly display, edit, translate or publish such Content for as long as you elect to display such Content via the Services. The licence shall be terminated when such Content is deleted from the Services.

Communication

LetsAllShare may need to communicate with you via e-mail in the course of providing the Service. You agree to receive such e-mails provided that they are necessary for the normal functioning of the Service or draw your attention to various features, either new or established. You agree to have your name and / or e-mail address listed in the header of certain communications which you yourself initiate through the service, (for example, inviting others to join your community.)

Termination

You agree that LetsAllShare has the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation; breach of these Terms and Conditions, extended periods of inactivity, technical issues or problems, self-initiated requests to close an account and requests by law enforcement or government agencies. LetsAllShare may also at any time, at its sole discretion, discontinue the Website/Services or any part thereof without prior notice and you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Website/Services.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold LetsAllShare and its employees and agents harmless from and against any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions and any claim or demand brought against the company by any third party arising out of your use of the Services and/or any Content submitted, posted or transmitted through the Services, including without limitation, all claims, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) howsoever suffered or incurred by LetsAllShare in consequence of your breach of these Terms and Conditions and the Agreement.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Use of the Website/Services is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Website/Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

To the extent permitted by law, LetsAllShare will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website/Services.

LetsAllShare makes no warranty that the Website/Services will meet your requirements, that the Content will be accurate or reliable, that the functionality of the Website/Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the Website/Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or anything else that may be harmful or destructive.

Any information or advice provided to you by LetsAllShare, either verbally or written shall not create any warranty that has not been expressly stated in this Agreement.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of LetsAllShare for death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of LetsAllShare or that of its employees or agents. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy and Information Disclosure

The LetsAllShare Privacy Policy, explaining to users how their information is collected and used, can be located on the Website.  Your use of the Website / Services signifies acknowledgement of and agreement to our Privacy Policy. Furthermore, you  acknowledge and agree that LetsAllShare may, at its sole discretion, preserve or disclose your Content, as well as your information, such as email addresses, IP addresses, timestamps, and other user information, if required to do so by law or in the good faith or belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary in order to; comply with legal process; enforce these Terms and Conditions; respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third-parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of LetsAllShare, its users or the general public.

Severance

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Should you not accept the Terms and Conditions laid out in this Agreement or the separate Privacy Policy you must immediately stop using the Website/Services.
